Let your pup explore the world of fast-food. These chains will give your pet the treat they deserve!
Don’t you just love fast-food restaurants that are dog-friendly? I’m not just talking about those allowing dogs inside their premises. I’m referring to chains that actually have food items suitable for dogs. Some of them even give away these items for free! So when your pooch makes that “puppy eyes” again while you eat your favorite burger, you can now give them something to eat, too. A word of caution: your dog might go nuts for some of these treats!
Andy’s Frozen Custard Pup Cones

Not sure where to take your pup for his or her first fast-food treat? Consider Andy’s Frozen Custard! They’re known for their crave-worthy custard and Pup Cones for dogs. A Pup Cone is a small sample cone with delicious custard that your dog might fall in love with. As per the restaurant, pups always get free treats at Andy’s.
Chick-fil-A’s Milk Bones
Chick-fil-A is known for its wide-ranging menu with items that you can mix and match. What most people don’t know is they offer treats to doggos, too! These dog treats, however, aren’t made in-premise. Dog parents who were able to get some for their pets shared that Chick-fil-A just hand out these dog treats. You can get them at the drive-thru because some locations store them in a jar near the counter. Select locations also offer a pup cup or dollop of ice cream with a dog treat.
Culver’s Dog Treats
Culver’s, another popular custard place, also offers dog treats, if you go to the drive-thru in select locations. If you’re lucky, you might find a location that offers a small cup of vanilla custard or whipped cream with a little dog treat on top.
Dairy Queen’s Pup Cup
Did you know that you can get your favorite Blizzard at Dairy Queen and walk away with something for you pooch, too? Yup, DQ has its own version of pup cup, which is a small dish of its soft serve topped with a dog biscuit. Some locations offer this frozen treat for free, others charge around $1.49.
Dunkin’s Cup for Pup
Dunkin’s Cup for Pup usually contains whipped cream only, but some locations might add a munchkin or bacon. In terms of price, some Dunkin locations might charge $1 for the doggo treat; others give it for free. Similar to other chains on this list, you could get the Cup for Pup at the drive-thru.

Rita’s Ice Pup Cup

Rita’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard also loves their guests’ furry companions. The chain reportedly advertised Pup Cups with milk bones for free. However, some locations charge around $2.99 for a small cup of vanilla custard with dog treat on top. A visit to Rita’s is always a good idea, especially after a ruff week!
Sonic’s Wag Cup
Just finished a long walk with your pooch? Treat him/her and yourself at Sonic’s! This restaurant offers a Wag Cup that contains either a whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream for you pup. There could be an additional charge for this treat, depending on the location you’re in. The restaurant had also run promotions before wherein guests were given a free pup cup after making a purchase via Sonic’s app. But who knows? Maybe there are other locations today that generously offer this sweet deal!
Starbuck’s Puppuccino
A fan-favorite (or should I say pup-favorite?), Starbucks Puppuccino is a small serving of whipped cream served in an espresso cup. To clear some confusion about this dog treat, no, this doesn’t contain any caffeine. The cream is sweetened with a little bit of sugar and vanilla. Puppuccino is also usually free in most Starbucks locations.
Additional note: These restaurants may offer different variations of the dog treats in different locations. And again, some locations might charge a small amount for the treats.

From The Club
Every once in a while, our furry companions deserve to be spoiled. And when that time comes, having this list of fast-food chains offering dog treats would be handy! I’m most familiar with Starbucks Puppuccino and Rita’s Pup Cup, but it’s nice to see lots of other restaurants being friendly with dogs. Of course, as with anything in life, treat your doggo to these fast-food pup cups in moderation to avoid weight gain or dealing with stomach issues.
