While you’re enjoying your fries or milkshake, your dogs could be missing out. But don’t worry, we’ll be revealing some fast food places that could whip something out for your fur babies. Whether you’re hitting the drive-thru or grabbing a snack on a road trip, here are 10 fast food spots where your pup can get a treat with you. Just don’t be surprised if they start wagging their tail every time you say “drive-thru.”

Just a side note: Most of these treats contain dairy, which could cause digestive issues for your dog. Consult your vet before feeding them something new. 

10. Starbucks’ Puppuccino

Probably the most famous fast food offering a doggy treat is Starbucks. Your barista may even give you a cup of their famous Puppuccino if they see you with your dog. Usually, the Puppuccino is free; you can ask them by name or just request a whipped cream in a small cup for your dog to lick. 

9. Wendy’s Pup Cup

Your dog might prefer some cool Frosty for summer! Head over to Wendy’s as their version of Pup Cup consists of a kid’s cup with plain vanilla Frosty in it. Like other chains, Wendy’s might hand it to you for free, but likely, they’ll charge you for a price of small Frosty. However, the size of a junior Frosty is about 6 ounces, so don’t give the entire cup to your dog as it might harm their digestive tract.

8. Culver’s Free Dog Treat

Culver’s usually has available Milk Bones for customers bringing their pups, but there’s another variation that your pup will love. Request a small cup filled with whipped cream and top it with Milk Bones. They’re usually free with any purchase from their menu items, so you and your dog both have a well-deserved treat. Reportedly, some locations add peanut butter while others add vanilla custard. 

7. Dunkin’s Puppy Latte

Some Dunkin’ drive-thrus hand out a free Puppy Latte if they see customers bringing their pups with them. According to social media posts, this Puppy Latte features a four-ounce cup of whipped cream without any flavoring or additives. You can try asking for it the next time you and your pup roll in a Dunkin’ drive-thru.

SONIC is known to be a pet-friendly place, so it’s no wonder that they serve treats for diners bringing their dogs along. They offer Wag Cups, which feature a whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream. However, there might be an additional charge for the treat, depending on the location. There used to be a promotion wherein guests were given a free Wag Cup when making a purchase via the SONIC app. 

5. Chick-fil-A’s Dog Treats

Check out your local Chick-fil-A as they might have a jar or doggie treats waiting for your dog at the counter. However, some Chick-fil-A stores offer a free whipped cream in a mini cup, while others offer a small cup of vanilla Icedream topped with a dog treat. You can even order a small size of vanilla Icedream and ask your server to add a dog treat on top. 

4. Dairy Queen’s Pup Cup

Dairy Queen may offer a Pup Chow Blizzard, but beware, as they’re not exactly made for your dog. Instead, get them a Pup Cup along with your order at the register. They will give you a small cup of vanilla soft serve for your dog to enjoy. Some locations hand them out for free, while others may charge you for them. According to some employees, the price for it is a dollar to $2.50.

3. Ben & Jerry’s Doggie Desserts

Ice cream chain Ben & Jerry’s is offering a special line of Doggie Desserts that you can find in many of their locations. The Doggie Desserts are miniature ice cream cups that are made for dogs. They come in two varieties of Pontch’s Mix, which consists of peanut butter and pretzel sticks, while Rosie’s Batch is made of pumpkin and mini cookies. 

2. Rita’s Ice Pup Cup

Rita’s Italian Ice and & Frozen Custard also offers a creamy cold treat for your pet with their Pup Cup. They reportedly advertise their Milk Bones as a free treat. However, some locations may charge you $2.99 for a small cup of vanilla custard with Milk Bones on top. Try to order for it at a Rita’s location near you!

1. Shake Shack’s Pooch-ini

As for Shake Shack’s treat, they always have a Pooch-ini available on their menu. It’s a custom-made dessert which features dog biscuits, peanut butter sauce, and vanilla custard. If you want, you can even order some Bag O’ Bones, which consists of five ShackBurger dog biscuits placed inside a doggy bag. They’re made by Bocce’s Bakery in New York.
